Five hours to freedom
Smokers smoke because of a combination of physical addiction to nicotine and the belief that cigarettes are in some way pleasurable or beneficial. ("It helps me relax" or "It helps me concentrate" etc.) If these things were true, wouldn't smokers be more relaxed, less stressed and less bored than non-smokers?
Using common sense, logic and your own smoking experiences we demonstrate that the perceived "benefits" of smoking are illusions. Yes, they are powerful and subtle illusions, but illusions nevertheless.
For instance you may believe that smoking relieves stress. So are smokers generally less stressed than non-smokers, or is the exact opposite the truth? If we smoke to relieve boredom, then why do we also smoke when we aren’t bored? And why don’t non-smokers, who have the same stresses and strains as smokers, need a ‘crutch’ to get through life?
During the seminar there will be a moment when you truly understand that there is absolutely nothing to give up. At that moment you are free from the nicotine trap.
Did you know that just six hours after putting out your final cigarette you are already 97% nicotine free?
Quitting is only difficult when you see the cigarette as the solution not the problem, as your friend rather than the enemy. At the seminar you will discover:
How your brain got tricked into believing that smoking gave you pleasure or benefit.
Why smokers believe they can't quit, or that quitting is difficult or unpleasant
How to remove the fear of quitting
How to see smoking the way a non-smoker sees it
How to approach quitting as a gain, not a loss
At the end of the seminar you will know how to be, not a ex-smoker, but a confident and happy non-smoker. You will learn how to quit successfully - with no need for willpower and no sense of deprivation. You will no longer smoke because you will no longer want to smoke. You'll learn to think of smoking the way a non-smoker does and with this new mindset you will find quitting can be not just easy, but enjoyable!
Whatever you think, whatever your smoking history, whatever your quitting history... come to us with an open mind and you will experience one of the most empowering afternoons of your life.
We urge you to read some of the testimonials posted on this site to see what some of our successful alumni (and some failures too) say about the Easyway seminars. Please click on 'Endorsements' in the left margin to read their testimonials.
